Not even 6 months old and it randomly shuts off

We had a very similar older model of the stove so we decided to replace it with a new one, the new stove randomly shuts off for an undetermined amount of time. So now I have a half cooked meal in the stove as I'm writing this review. Extremely frustrating. Also one of the stove top knobs feels noticeably janky compared to the other ones. I will re-update if they help us out on warranty

This gas range is very poorly made. the bottom drawer guides are so wide that it allows the drawer to jam. The rollers do not glide on the tracks and the drawer has to be pulled hard to operate. The 5 burner plates had to be replaced because they were pitted. When bottom Drawer is closed one side sits lower than the other.

We really love our new range. The oven heats up much faster than our old range did. The burners boil water faster too. The only complaint is that the over timer/notifier is too quiet and cannot be made louder. We fixed it by purchasing a mechanical timer for $12.
