This is my first Bosch dishwasher. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The dishes come out exceptionally clean. The dishwasher is extremely quiet. I've had of the unit about two months and so far I've had no issues. The dishwasher is easy to load and unload.

I was disappointed that the inside was smaller than my previous dishwasher and smaller all around as we had to make adjustments for the space around it. I don't like the third rack as it decreased amount I could put in the second rack. I wish it had come with the speed wash

Terrible warranty service

Received defective product (broken door hinge mechanism), technician (same Bosch technician that misdiagnosed my prior Bosch dishwasher, which ultimately led to me having to buy a new dishwasher) was sent to assess the problem, product was deemed unrepairable, so will need to be replaced. Nothing has happened since. Bosch continues to ask me for paperwork that the technician is supposed file (which was never provided to me). Have contacted Bosch, the technician, nothing happening. Frustrated, stuck with defective dishwasher. Will no longer purchase a Bosch product.

Good product with outdated look

Upon opening this dishwasher I was a bit disappointed. The front is not stainless steel and the kick plate was brushed stainless steel in silver. It does not match the dishwashers black color. After setting everything up and running it does clean really well. The filter is easy to remove and clean and it is pretty impressively quiet.

It is the truth...you get what you pay for...especially in terms of a dishwasher. We had many dishwashers and then moved to the Bosch 300. It is a whole different experience. The dishes come out clean, dry, and the dishwasher is a workhorse. I have really enjoyed, and it is worth every penny. Hope this helps!

This dishwasher was recommended by a trusted local vendor and since we've had it, it has been incredible and exciting to use the appliance. I know I'm getting excited about a household device, but I'm stunned at the quality of the washing and the quietness of the device when it's running. The ability to customize the appliance to the household usage via the Wi-Fi and the amp and the finished wash still astonishes me each and every time after many years of using another brand and always complaining that it was never really completely clean. I love how clean and shiny glassware is and the convenience of Stacking and arranging and organizing has made life easier for the household.

Ugly stainless toe panel needs painting to match

I've only run one load of dishes since this was delivered a week ago. That seemed to work fine. So far my main issue with this dishwasher is aesthetic. I was unable to find a black dishwasher on display at any local store, so I ordered this dishwasher based on the web site photos, which clearly show a black face and toe panel. When I found a stainless toe panel in the package, I assumed it was a mistake. However both the parts department and Customer Service have confirmed that the black toe panels shown on the web site are not available. Looking across the kitchen at the dishwasher with the stainless toe panel, you see its black face with a 5-inch silver stripe underneath. Not a good look. I never thought I'd buy a high-end Bosch appliance and then be shopping for spray paint to get the colors to match. Very disappointed.
