Wow-Samsung really outdid themselves! This fridge was a great addition to my kitchen. Its very sleek and modern looking. I love its size and capacity. It has ample space for all of my goodies in both the fridge and freezer. The only caveat would be that large items such as juice have to be stored on the doors. Its not a con, just an adjustment. I also love that is a SMART fridge! Its my first experience with a smart fridge so I love that it reminds me gently when the doors are open for a bit too long. Overall-this was a great purchase!

Modern fridge that saves space

My new fridge fits in perfect since we're updating all our kitchen appliances to Samsung. It has the modern look that fits in perfect. So far I'm really enjoying the fridge. It works great and looks nice. The 10 year warranty reassures me that I can enjoy it for many years to come! My favorite feature is having three doors with built in handles. Previously, I had a single door fridge and when opened, the door blocked the entry way to kitchen, much to the annoyance of people trying to pass. These doors measure half as big, but they feel even smaller; much more practical and convenient to a smaller space. The 17.5 cu ft of fridge space feels small, but it's sufficient for a three person family. If in doubt, I would recommend going up in size. The middle and top door shelves and the main middle shelf have small adjustments up or down. The limited customization contributes to making it feel smaller; however, I can find a spot for everything so far. My other complaint is the lack of a cold water spigot; I would expect a fridge at this price to include one standard. Overall, I'm impressed with the fridge and it meets all my needs. I'm especially impressed with how much less space the three door style uses. I definitely recommend it! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion .

Nice specs when it comes to the capacity and the open space within the refrigerator. The ice machine works well as it has the protective layer that allows for easy scooping access. Great Modern Samsung Fridge

We're very happy with our new 22 cu. foot Samsung refrigerator in brushed stainless steel. The clean edges and flat surfaces (no protruding handles) fits well with the ongoing kitchen update project. The interior space is used well, with plenty adjustable shelves inside and on the doors as well as several drawers with humidity controls. The freezer drawer is great as it seems to hold more then our previous fridge and isn't taking up that prime eye-level real estate. The ice maker and water dispenser is a big plus as well. Overall, we're very satisfied with this purchase and the Moro enemy to our kitchen.

wish i would have read all the reviews prior to purchasing. i was sold on design alone but am now disappointed in jumping the gun and spending so much only on a fridge that has a feature that quit working almost immediately. i have scheduled an in home service. ill be checking with the store i purchased from to see about return policy.

Spacious, modern fridge

We are a family of six and this fridge has been working out great for us. I recommend it for anyone looking to update their kitchen. I didn't realize just how much nicer it is than my old one until I started using it! Out of the many appliances we have, this one gets used the most so I feel like it was a worthwhile investment. The fridge is spacious with customization to make most layouts works. I like the double doors and especially love the snack tray, although sometimes I forget about it! The vegetable drawers are especially deep. The front picks up fingerprints quick. I have gotten into the habit of using the handles but it's unavoidable for kids. Speaking of kids, they really enjoy the lower snack tray since they can't reach the upper shelves of the fridge. I wish the freezer was larger, but we moved our old fridge to the garage so it isn't really an issue.

I am so excited the Samsung 22 cu. ft. Smart 3-Door French Door Refrigerator, in beautiful brushed stainless has arrived in the Lester Family home with twice the space of its older predecessor; I'm not sure I can wrap my head around the reality that it seems to be larger on the inside (something akin to Dr. Who's TARTIS), but the engineers at Samsung deserve some kudos for this one! From the beautiful flat door featuring an ergonomic and clean line design to the Samsung SmartThings smartphone app. to the external filtered water dispenser and automatic ice maker; we fell in love with this refrigerator from day one.

I love this fridge works great was easy installation its big i side looks small from outside but inside was soprise how big inside my old one I cant fit alot things when I transfer everything to the new one I jave moore run inside the door has the shelves for moore space the freezer has to drawer the small where the ice sets and the botton to put everything organized The one I order makes ice and has the water Dispenser. But thus fridge has wifi tge only problem I was having to connect to the app was not working and still not working that you can control the temperature but you can also do it manually that is why Im giving 4 star but overall work great Im in love with my fridge has to many compartments that you can used for different item and easy to find no moore mess in the fridge or not having space. Im so happy make it this decision to buy it.. everyone love the fridge now we do noy have no moorw spoiled food or milk my old one having that problem will not keep every cold sometimes my old fridge keep my eggs frozen inside the fridge or the top was warm my milk was spoiled... Im so happy with my new samsung fridge this was the best investment I did...

Love the features and the size

We really loved our new fridge, stylish designed and super spacious. We replaced a 2 door refrigerator with this one, and so far, it has been great. Installation was super easy and has a little wheels that really helps to move your fridge. Lighting is wonderful, nice white color and super bright, you can see everything inside. Absolutely love the wifi features with the app you can control the temperature of the fridge, the freezer and turn on and off the ice maker. Super easy to download the app and connect to it. Perfect size of the water dispenser it can fit a water bottle and dispense cold water. Huge interior. Very quiet. The freezer holds a lot too. The drawers allow us to keep everything organized in both the fridge and freezer. Perfect ice size and quick to make it. We are very happy with our fridge and totally recommend it.

Good when it works.

Well, we had the fridge for a month. The reviews that said the water stopped dispencing were correct. The repair main came out and said that the filter that came with the fridge was failing often. He gave us a new filter. It has worked now for 2 weeks. We will see... Other wise, it is a good machine and attractive.

Great Refrigator but does have issues

like others i too had an issue with the water dispenser. samsung knows about the issue and it is a simple fix. once it was fixed its been perfect. however i have found a new issue. the ice dumps even if you have the freezer open, which is a pain. ice makers are not supposed to drop the ice if the freezer is open. i don't know if samsung knows this is an issue but i would lie to know if there is a fix?

the external water dispenser is not worth the extra money to purchase. we have had a total of 4 fails with this product each occurring less than a week after repalcements. in looking at other reviews this is obviously a design flaw that samsung needs to address. we are now waiting for the model without the external water dispenser to become availble. the staff at best buy where we purchased this product have been awesome in customer service and have meet our needs

Good fridge, but needed a little adjustment

i bought it from costco at an amazing price as compared to other stores. my water disfributer wasn't working from the day 1. but i managed to fix it, it took me 5 minutes. the trick is to remove the water paddel, it clips in, so no screw, just pulled it out genty, and put some tape on the pin on the back of the paddle, so it can engage the water dispenser. it works amazingly for two month now.

purchased this fridge at the end of september. now at the end of november i've gone through two of these fridges where the water dispenser stopped working. it is clear from my experience with this product that there is a consistent issue. samsung confirmed the water dispenser issue was unable to be repaired.

water stopped working after 24h ice still works. if you unlock filter and put back in it will work again for 12 hours or so. if you take filter completly out it will work again for awhile then stop. in other sites reviews 9 out of ten people say same thing. they get dispenser changed and after awhile stops working again.. imwaiting for repair service. don't go and buy a new filter that's not the problem you will be throwing out your money and taking days off for repairs that don't work!!!

Two refrigerators - 2 broken water dispensers

we purchased this refrigerator from best buy on 10/4/21. it was new so no reviews at the time. first unit had a nonworking water dispenser. best buy replaced it and we received the 2nd fridge 10/21. here it is 4 days later and the water dispenser stopped working. if you look at best buy's reviews for this unit, there are now 11. 10 of them had water dispensers that stopped working/never worked. clearly this is a samsung issue. it's a shame because it is a great looking refrigerator that fits in a small space. so far i'm not impressed and if this can't be remedied, we'll be returning the refrigerator.
