i am very disappointed with the quality of the materials used. i bought the fridge less than a year ago and the door is already rusting. customer service says it is a maintenance issue, but it is not. i always maintain the exteriors clean and use appropriate products designed for stainless steel refrigerators. poor quality. would not recommend.

purchased fridge in nov. 2019. arrived feb. 2020. i did like the set up of this fridge. my fave feature was the automatically filled pitcher, even though it leaked when pouring & had to request a 2nd that still leaked, it was a cool & useful feature. bad news, the weekend before christmas 2020, the compressor went out. broke down after 10months!! samsung was going to have our supplier fix the fridge. after two+ months of waiting for the part, they decided they will send us a new fridge which we are still waiting for 4months later. our last fridge from 16 years ago (kenmore) is still kicking butt and so thankful we kept as a backup. i sure hope the next fridge (whenever it shows up) doesnt have the same issues. i did not expect a brand new fridge to break down so soon!

not even a year into owning - the ice maker stopped working. then suddenly it would make ice out of the blue. the temperature of the freezer didn't seem consistent, but the tech that came out said everything was fine and couldn't find any problems. today we nearly lost everything in the freezer because even though the display reads -1, the contents were thawed. samsung customer service reads scripts and doesn't do anything with any sense of urgency. they know they have problems with the cooling and ice makers, but won't recall or refund without the customer putting up a fight. i will never buy a samsung product ever again. do not buy this refrigerator!

my experience is that samsung french door refrigerators stop working after about 8 years and that on average the life expectancy of refrigerators is 14-17 years, so samsung's french door refrigerators are not a worthwhile investment compared to most other refrigerator manufacturers.

bought my refrigerator in 2016 and it quit in 2020 after $1000 of repairs i was offered an exchange but it had been discontinued. then offered prorated refund. filled out forms, sent them in including tag serial #. i inquired as to which tag as there are 3. was told the outside one. called again to find out what to do with the unit and was told to have lowes pick it up. called numerous more times and was told they never received the tag. 28th call today and was told i would not would not receive refund. i sent in the wrong tag and lowes should not have picked it up. did everything i was told, jumped through all their hoops and asked questions to no avail. asked to have them play back my recorded calls to verify what i was told. nothing. sound familiar to anyone? don't buy samsung

We bought this fridge about 9 months ago. We did have to have some warranty work on the ice maker chute. It was relatively easy. The push device for the ice maker isn't as easy as it is on most. And, this model seems to prefer to chop ice. Have changed the filter once (not too hard once you figure it out), but the 'change filter light won't go off. Only other change I would suggest is to split the meat drawer. You have to open both exterior doors to pull it out. Lots of capacity and generally pleased with it.

When we decided to purchase a counter depth refrigerator I did not know what to expect as far as how much food it could hold. It provides ample room for all of our cooled goods. The in-door filtered water container gets used daily and allowed us to replace the counter top filtered water container. The showcase door allows quick access to our most used items such as milk, tea, and orange juice. The stainless steel finish cleans easily.

My new Samsung refrigerator is great. It is nice and sleek. The food showcase is great for grabbing condiments or a juice box for the kids. The lock on the water dispenser is a life saver. With small kids it helps me from having a flooded house. Only downfall is it isn't that finger print resident. Overall we love it.

My husband knew I was not happy with our previous refrigerator. He suggested Samsung! From the white glove delivery to the installation everything was perfect. A slightly smaller unit But, so much more useable room inside. Full of great innovations like the in door refill pitcher to the extremely quiet overall running of the unit. I especially love the easy to clean stainless steel finish. The wifi control is pretty neat. I'd reccomend Samsung to anyone in need of a beautifully engineered refrigerator. UPDATE, as I am becoming more familiar with my new Samsung I am finding out it only gets better. The ice dispenser finally is the first I've owned that actually puts the ice in the cup and not on the floor. The self fill water pitcher has become one of the most used features in the refrigerator. I just live the led lighting inside I can see everything extremely well. We have moved things around a bit as we become more familiar and it is now perfect. The easy access door is so helpful in keeping energy costs down as most frequently used items are within easy reach. As far as the shelving, it has endless adjustability to fit everything e ned for a 2 week shopping haul. I am extremely pleased with everything so far. I will update if possible as time goes on. But, I can only exspect it to get better.

This fridge is awesome. I got a counter depth but it has plenty of space. The shelfs are adjustable which is great for when you have bulky items. The pantry drawer is huge and keeps my fruits and veggies fresher longer. The showcase door makes it for easy access to frequently used items without letting all the cool air out. This is one of my favorite features due to having children. The auto fill pitcher comes in very handy for infusing or cold brewing tea. Ice maker makes ice fairly quick. I love the fact that it dispenses both cubed and crushed ice. This unit is very quiet. Water dispensor is very fast. I am very picky with water and let me tell you this built in filter is great. It is saving me money form having to buy water bottles. The freezer is pretty big also. It has 2 drawers with plenty of space and the lift and pull handle make it easy to open it. Lighting inside this unit is awesome. I love this fridge! I would highly recommend it 100%.

I am extremely impressed with our new Samsung refrigerator. It is slightly smaller than our previous unit but, there is so much more useful space inside. I love the auto refill water pitcher. The stainless steel inside really does keep temp loss at a minimum. The select a drawer is perfect for all my cheese. The led lighting is pleasantly bright. The stainless steel finish is so much easier to keep clean than our previous unit. I'm looking forward to using the wifi feature in the near future. Samsung never disappoints me. I feel this unit will last us many happy years.

The fridge looks beautiful, has lots of features, lots of room and is quiet. The best part is the food showcase! I keep all of my most used items there, this way I don't have to open the entire fridge each time! I love all of the adjustable shelves as well! The LED lighting inside makes it very easy to see everywhere . The freezer is awesome and has more than enough room. This new Samsung fridge is a huge upgrade over my last one for sure! One thing that really sticks out is the actual finish of this refrigerator. It has a very polished, high end look that you just don't see on a lot of other brands. The finish, in my opinion is impeccable!

My family is very happy with choosing RF23R6301 from Samsung. It is Stainless steel and looks amazing in our kitchen. It is very spacious. I also like that is offers the Food Showcase. I typically put smaller things like yogurts and string cheese on the bottom so my 4 year old son has easy access to the items. I was afraid of going from a upright fridge/freezer to a french door bottom freezer, as I thought I was going to lose space. Boy was I wrong. The freezer is so spacious. I fit so many things in it from loads of meats I buy to frozen pizza and ice cream. I absolutely love the refrigerator!

I am loving my new Samsung refrigerator. I have owned it for a few weeks now and my household is thoroughly impressed with the great features and marvelous design that combine to create a huge upgrade over our former fridge. This Samsung unit is the same size as our older kitchenaid that we replaced, but we are able to fit much more in the refrigerator and organize all of our food much better in this new Samsung model. We love the french door design, you can see everything in the fridge, easily get to everything. The Food Showcase allows us quick access to all of our sauces, dressings, kids snacks and is something you don't realize you need until you've tried it. The smart design that allows you to set temperatures for the CoolSelect Pantry depending on what you store in it such as deli meats is also great to have. The other upper fridge drawers allow humidity control too. The freezer down below has deep drawers that fit all of our meats, bags of ice, frozen pizzas and more easily. The pull out design makes it easy to get to everything down there as well. It is very easy to control temperatures with the touch controls on the inside of the fridge, if you ever need to cool stuff down more quickly, you can even "overclock" the fridge or freezer into a boosted cooling mode for times like after a power outage or something like that. The alarm that goes off after 2 minutes of having any doors open can really come in handy in case somebody in the house left one of them slightly open by mistake. You can control temps remotely through an app on your phone which is nice to have as well. There is an autofill water pitcher in one of the fridge doors that is a nice thing to have too. The outside of the unit is remarkable, the beautiful steel finish is elegant and also fingerprint resistant, so it will always look impressive to any visitors. I could not be any happier with this refrigerator, Samsung has done a great job and I highly recommend this model to anybody looking to upgrade to a new fridge, Two Thumbs up from me!

Samsung Fridge I love my new Samsung French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in Stainless Steel. It's absolutely amazing and I haven't wanted to leave my kitchen since it was installed. I've never owned a fridge with so many cool features and thought out options or even a working ice maker! What I like the most is the food showcase that provides quick access to everyday items right in your door while minimizing the loss of cool air which is great for people with kids who love opening the door for no reason. The fridge is packed with cool functions like the twin cooling which allows for independent fridge and freezer controls to keep food fresher longer and the CoolSelect Pantry that is a full width drawer with three temperature settings and is designed to chill or defrost food to ideal temperatures which is really nice. The food showcase also has a stainless steel metal cooling panel that helps keep a consistent temperature throughout the fridge and in the left door of the fridge is a autofill water pitcher that automatically refills with filtered water and also has a built in infuser. I love the fact that I will never have to remember to refill our water pitcher again or keep one on the fridge for that matter with this built right in. One thing that took me awhile to figure out is there is no ice bucket and no ice drops down to the freezer either which i think frees up a whole lot of space for other things. The ice maker is in the upper left hand corner of the fridge and houses the ice there as well and the door is what dispenses it. I do wonder what will happen if the door dispenser breaks down but still an awesome idea. I didn't care for a water/ice dispenser on the outside of the fridge before with young kids but this is so easy to use and even easier to lock so your kids can't flood the kitchen or turn it into a skating rink! The shelves are convenient although i wasn't sure where our milk or juice was going to go but the shelves adjust, fold up, and even slide back so you can fit everything you have conveniently. We have been having an issue with ice buildup in the fridge and used the checklist to help us find the problem. The fridge is level but the right side of the freezer is not sealing properly and I'm worried the installers may have bent it a tiny bit so it doesn't seal right and allows air to get in causing all the ice build up? I will be reaching out to Samsung about this. The fridge is large and holds a lot, more so without the ice tray. The top drawer does seem to get stuck sometimes and I have to push it back hard to get it back but it could be from the ice buildup. The bottom freezer drawer is really deep and when I'm digging in it seems to go on forever. Overall I could not be happier with this fridge and all its options. The settings are located conveniently inside the door on the right hand side and you won't ever have to worry about your door being left open because not only does it beep to notify you it will even send a message to your phone. The fridge hooks up to Samsung's Smart Things App right on my phone and I can control it from there, be notified, and even change the temperature setting while I'm away from the house. I hoped i didn't miss anything but i would totally recommend this fridge!

This refrigerator has exceeded any expectations I had before it arrived. Upon looking at the fridge you wouldn't think there was a lot of room but compared to our model from the mid 90s, this refrigerator holds A LOT more than we previously thought. It is very sleek and modern and the lights give it an extra visual effect. I like that you can adjust temperatures through touch and I also like the "alarm that goes into affect should you keep your door open too long. I also get notifications on my phone as well. I'd say my favorite part of the fridge would have to be the cool pantry where I keep the beer at. You can adjust this drawer to be cooler than the rest of the fridge and in addition to that feature I also like that you can control the humidity of the other 2 drawers.

This refrigerator had proven itself over the last month. Not only has it transformed the style of our kitchen but the little things within the refrigerator really make a difference . We get good use out of the water pitcher that fills itself up and having the cool pantry that has its own tempature comes in handy when you want a cold beverage. At first glance you think that there may not be enough room for what you need but it definitely holds a large amount of food in both the freezer and refrigerator. The vegetables and fruit stay fresh longer and the light that illuminates the inside of the fridge down to the glow of the ice and water dispenser is quite a nice touch. We are very pleased with our Samsung appliance. The Stainless Steel adds to the up to date appliance. It is quite functionalble in the way the refrigerator and freezer set up and laid out. The arrangements of various sections help as well. There has been very positive feedback from other members of the family. The features that stand out the most are the autofilll water pitcher which is a great feature offering clean filteted water and the coolibg door the door opens and offers a view of the inside of the Refrigerator without having to open the Refrigerator doors which is great for saving energy and keeping the food cool and fresh.

I want to talk about my brand new Samsung 23 cu. ft. 3-Door Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in Stainless Steel. This appliance meets every single one of my expectations. From the external beauty to it's amazing internal overall look and design. Time to brag about all the wonderful attributes. I love the food showcase. The actual spaces on the door are perfect. I personally use the showcase to add items such as yogurts, juices and items easier to access and reach for my children. My absolute favorite part of this is the space inside the refrigerator. I am able to fit so much in it. My fruits and vegetables are kept so fresh with the availability to adjust the humidity level. The pantry drawer is very spacious and I love when you pull the drawer the top cover opens up to make it easier to access your items. The shelves are removable which gives you the opportunity to move them around and adjust them to your liking depending on the space needed for your taller items like Juice or milk. The icemaker makes ice fairly fast and there is always ice available. You can also remove the ice compartment to empty ice out. I love that you can have full size ice cubes or crushed ice as well. The water dispenser is great as well dispensing really fresh cold water. On the side of the water dispenser there is a water pitcher with an infuser attachment which automatically refills after every use so no matter how much water you use you will always have a pitcher full of fresh cold water available. Now let's move on to the freezer part. The freezer is very spacious as well. There are 2 drawers in it. Lots of space for plenty of items. The door handle to the freezer is very flexible and moves with you as you pull for easier grip to open it. I love all the compliments I'm receiving and I am so happy to have it in my home. It looks absolutely stunning. I couldn't be happier. I recommend it 100%

I have been using my new Samsung Refrigerator for about a week now and I absolutely love it. It has so many great features. One of the features is WiFi which allows you to sync your cell phone with the refrigerator itself so that you can control the inside temperature to your desired number. Along with the ice machine it comes with an automatic fill water pitcher which is such a nice feature for when you want to enjoy a cold glass of water. This Refrigerator has so much room inside and it holds a lot. There are many storage bins including a cool pantry which holds lunch meats and keeps them fresh along with two vertebrate bins which are humidity controlled keeping them fresh for a long time. The Freezer is also has a lot of room it contains a sliding tray on top to hold your most used frozen items and below the tray there are two deep bins that also hold your frozen food. Not only does the Refrigerator meet and exceeds my families need it is a beauty to look at the big French doors and the Beautiful Stainless steel color stands out and really looks great in my kitchen. I absolutely love my new Refrigerator and I am so happy that I bought it.

Amazing fridge!

Not only does this fridge have it all but it has really transformed the look of my kitchen. Upon first glance after getting it installed I thought "Wow is this my kitchen?". It looks stunning and fit like a glove in our space, like it was built into it! I love the sleek modern design and the stainless steel finish has a really nice shine to it! I don't have to polish and clean handprints to keep it that way either. The fridge is fingerprint resistant. My favorite feature is the food showcase door. I have kids who constantly open and leave the fridge door open in search of a drink or snack. I have placed everything they need in that compartment. Now they have quick access to snacks without opening the whole fridge. It also has a handy auto-fill water pitcher inside that we can move to the table when we have our meals. What surprised me most is the ample storage space. I kept my expectations low thinking we will not be able to pack a lot into a counter depth fridge. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Samsung really made good use of the space. I packed a LOT of groceries into this thing and have room to spare! Also you can customize the space inside by adjusting the shelves based on your needs. With little effort I was able to make space for a tall bottle of juice. I found the temperature controls are straight forward and user friendly. The handles were easy to open and close. The freezer drawer just glides out effortlessly. I highly recommend this fridge!

This fridge is absolutely gorgeous. It will automatically become the vocal point of any kitchen. I love the French door design and freezer on the bottom. It also has some neat features. The every day most common things you place in your door is even easier to access on this fridge and also just looks cool. When you pull the fridge open from the bottom of the handle the shelf that was in the door detached and stays in the fridge for easy access. I thought this was a cool little feature that I haven't seen on a fridge before. Temp control is very easy to manage. One thing that is almost surprising about this fridge is the storage space. My previous fridge was jammed pack with my normal amount of groceries. This one has room to spare. So much space actually I have space for things I wouldn't normally put in the fridge due to the lack of space. In short, the fridge looks awesome. Works great. Cool little features & ton of storage space. Not much more I want out of a fridge. I'm happy with this purchase.
